Jazz Up Your Toast with Goodness

Here’s a quick and easy breakfast idea for you and the kids when you don’t have much time. Pop some bread in the toaster  – we don’t eat much wheat around here, so I use whole oat or millet bread.

When the toast is done, spread on some flaxseed oil or ground flaxseed, open a capsule of probiotics and spread that one, then spread on some coconut oil and last top with an organic, no junk added jelly to ‘hide’ everything else underneath it. My kids eat it right up.

Serve it with a hardboiled egg that you cooked up the night before and you’ve got your protein in there too.
